DEVELOPING STORM BARBARA FORMS IN THE EASTERN PACIFIC

A new tropical storm has developed strength in the eastern Pacific Ocean. The system, now known as Tropical Storm Barbara, is presently located about 100 miles south of Mexico's California. Meteorologists are predicting that Barbara will intensify over the next few days. The storm is heading westward at a rate of 15 mph. There remains uncle
